Mental wellness tools often overwhelm users with excessive data, complex flows, and emotionally heavy interfaces. Patients struggle to track their mood, maintain healthy habits, and connect with a supportive community without feeling burdened. Therapists face difficulties managing sessions, taking notes, transcribing conversations, and staying connected with patients in an efficient, seamless way.
We designed two connected dashboards to address these challenges: • For patients: a dashboard to log mood, build healthy habits, and connect with a supportive community and connect and find a therapist effortlessly keeping the experience emotionally sensitive, accessible, and visually clean. • For therapists: a dashboard to manage patient sessions, take notes easily, transcribe sessions efficiently, and communicate seamlessly with patients streamlining their workflow while maintaining clarity and simplicity. This approach ensures both patients and therapists can engage effortlessly with the platform, supporting mental wellness without adding cognitive or emotional burden.
